A Speech on Life

Everyone, today I wish to speak to you about life.

Life is like a book. Not everyone holds the same one. Your story belongs to you alone.

“To live is not merely to breathe — it is to feel, to dream, and to love.”

Life holds joy — the sky after rain, a child’s smile, the moment someone says “thank you.” These small lights make our days shine.

Yet life also holds suffering — failure, farewell, grief. Even so, after every storm, a rainbow always appears.

When you fall, remember the strength to rise. You have already overcome countless hardships. That is your power.

“The past cannot be changed. But today — today is the most beautiful page you can write.”

Time flows like a river — it cannot be stopped. But you choose how you swim in it. Against the current, or moving with its grace.

People are connected like stars to stars. Your single word may change someone’s life. Your smile may light a candle in someone’s darkness.

So be kind. Be courageous. Whoever you are — you are needed in this world.

最後に — One Last Thing

You woke up today. That alone — is a miracle.

Your heart beats this very moment. Your lungs breathe this very moment. The universe spent 13.8 billion years crafting the existence that is you.

So please — do not waste your life. Your existence is a gift from the universe itself.

Thank you — for being alive.

arigato — thank you
